All our booking must be payed directly to our agency by bank transfer, for individual bookings or for groups, before the day you arrive and then, you’ll receive your accommodation details.

We take away the stress and hard work of finding a room in your selected destination. We have over 6500 host family’s in Spain, visited and certified by our team. We match your requirements to the host family’s who have availability to ensure you have a happy comfortable, affordable stay.

If you are unhappy with your accommodation on arrival to your host family’s, We would find you a an alternative asap. If you require another host family as your circumstances change we would find you a new room.

Your room should have fresh bed linen and be clean and comfortable, you should bring your own towel and toiletries.
Your host will show you the general area, where to catch bus, tram, train etc, local shops for bus tickets etc.
If you have a package inc meals, your host will provide you with good standard of meals.

General house rules would be:

• Be respectful to everyone in your host family.
• No guests permitted in your room without consulting your host first.
• No smoking inside the hosts home.
• No drinking , alcohol, drugs.
• If you have any issues discuss them with your host first, they will try to address them.
• After 9pm keep noise to a minimum.
• Tidy up after your self.
• If you are on a room for more than a week, you have a package with a laundry and cleaning service per week.
• Use please and thank you, our hosts love good manners.

Please give us asap notice and the same would apply if they wanted to give you notice if circumstances changed.
